Pursuant to your request under the California Public Records Act for
 information regarding all lawsuits filed against City of Chula Vista
 police officers from 1990 to present, I am sending you the attached
 document. Your original request was received by the City Clerk on December
 28, 2007. I previously responded by e-mail to you on January 11, 2008.
 
Attached to this e-mail is a list of all lawsuits filed against Chula
 Vista police officers from 1990 to the present. For your information,
 the following classifications are used in this document to identify the
 type of claim involved in the lawsuit: LBI=liability bodily injury
 (injury arising out of a non-auto incident), LPD=liability property
 damage(property damage arising out of a non-auto incident), ABI=auto bodily
 injury (injury sustained as a result of an auto accident), and APD=auto
 property damage (property damage sustained as a result of an auto
 accident).
 
By e-mail message to me dated January 11, 2008, you inquired about the
 Quinones case and the Terrence Allen case. In response, your original
 request was for lawsuits filed against City of Chula Vista police
 officers. The Quinones case was not a police case; the litigants did not
 name or allege conduct by officers. In further response, no lawsuit has
 been filed in the Terrence Allen case.
