Welcome to the Just 4U Quitter's List. My name is Pat, also known as "Auntie". I am the offical keeper of the quit dates and I also send out the Milestone Certificates.

I quit smoking on June 8, 1998. It was a long, hard fight and a couple of weeks into my quit I stumbled across The Just4U Stop Smoking Bulletin Board. There I found people in all stages of their quits going through the very same thing I was. I spent a lot of time there reading and posting. We shared support, tears and a lot of laughs. The board helped me more than anything else did.
There seems to be a problem with the Just4U Board. It's been down for over a week now and we are starting to believe that it won't be coming back. So PattiB (Graciedonovan) has started a new board. Smoke Busters. Come check it out. Join the rest of us on the road to being smokefree.
On the following pages you will find the names, quit dates and a little information of all the people who have become members of Just 4U.
This is also the place to sign up to receive the Milestone Certificates. These certificates are sent to you when you have been quit for 1 WEEK, 2 WEEKS, 1 MONTH, 2 MONTHS, 3 MONTHS, 4 MONTHS, 5 MONTHS, 6 MONTHS, 1 YEAR thru 6 YEARS. To get on the Quitter's List and to receive the certificates, please fill out our MAILING LIST FORM.
