to Friends of Arabian Horses Rescue. If a horse
entrusted into Foster care to you by us is found
to have been abused or neglected, we will
prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law
following our recovery of the animal. You certify
you are well aware the horse(s) placed into your
care do not belong to you nor do you have any
right of claim or lien against them, and they
cannot be sold. You must agree to these
conditions prior to being accepted as a Foster
