November 12, 2007 - Monday

Heavy rain, clearing in the afternoon.

Today was a strange day. I woke up early enough, but when I got up was hit with a really bad headache. It wasn't a migraine, but it was one of the worst headaches I've had in years. It lasted all day.

I had hoped to go over to my school today to do a bit of cleaning, but it was raining very heavily and I decided to stay home. I took a nap on the couch to try to get rid of my headache, but woke up an hour later with it still there. I grabbed a blanket and went back to sleep for another hour. After that I felt a little better, enough to do a load of laundry.

Fumihiko came home around 5:30 and I still felt bad. I told him I had a headache but he started making noise and I just couldn't stand it. I didn't want to yell at him, so I just went to bed. He came in after me and snuggled up behind me. It was nice except he was breathing really loudly! Argh. We ended up falling asleep for a couple of hours.

I got up around 8:30 and made dinner. It wasn't anything special, just chicken and veggie stirfry, but it was quite good. There's a bit left over for tomorrow's lunch for me.

We watched Ugly Betty at 11. It was quite fun as always. The plot is thickening!

We had coffee and persimmons in the evening too. Nice treats.

Anyway, I'm going to take more pain medication and then I'm going to hit the hay. I didn't do much of what I wanted to do, but I did manage to do a bit of laundry and order the books I need for my school, so that was something. Yay me!
