Rain on and off all day.
I slept in really late today because I was really tired. I went to bed really late, so I decided to sleep in. It was really nice to be honest. Fumihiko got up and went to work at his usual time though.
I didn't do much in the afternoon, but after my brunch I got dressed up and went out to get my hair cut. I didn't have an appointment, and when I left the apartment it wasn't raining.
I was lucky, my hairdresser wasn't busy, so I was able to get my hair cut. It's really really short now. I love it! It looks really light in the front and quite dark in the back. It's all my natural colour, but it's nice.
When I left her salon, it was raining. Hard. Poor me. I biked home in the rain. I detoured to mail off a card at a mailbox, then came home. Fumihiko was home before me, and he'd latched the door. I couldn't get in. He had to come and let me in.
We talked/relaxed for a while and then we went out for dinner. We went to M's Dining and had a pretty good meal. After that, we came home, but made a last minute detour to go to a drug store. Fumihiko was limping really badly now and wanted some tape bandages.
We just watched Monk. I watched it once by myself while Fumihiko was in the bath, then again for Fumihiko. It was okay. I think last year the stories were more complex and I liked them more. Now they're a little easier and the show isn't as good.
That's my day so far. Oh, it now really looks like we won't be going to Singapore on our mini-break. Sigh. I wanted to, but apparently we wouldn't be able to fly there. It looks like Guam will be our new destination. I'm a bit sad, but resigned. At least I have a machine readable passport now so that I won't get harassed by the Immigration people in Guam. And, shopping in Guam isn't bad!
