Sunny and warm, cool at night.
Just after I finished last night's entry and the clock changed to today, Fumihiko presented me with my anniversary present. He got me a mini-TV DVD player. It's very cool. I can use it in the car, or on trips. I can even play music on it. And, he followed up on his promise to buy me a magazine subscription. What a dear. I gave him his big present..which seems a bit small in comparison. I gave him the Star Wars set of DVDs. The original Star Wars, that is. I also gave him on our first anniversary day two copies of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe in both English and Japanese. He seems happy with them both.
Today at work I was busy, but not with teaching. I had to go to the bank, and I had to prepare for today's classes, tomorrow's and for next week. I even prepared a couple for when I come back! I was busy. That was good though.
After work, we went to Cocos. It's a new and improved Cocos. They've re-decorated, and upgraded the drink bar. They have also changed around the smoking and non-smoking sections. It looks so much better now. The drink bar is really cool and I overdid it on caffeine. I had two coffee drinks where I'd normally have one, so I'm bouncing off the walls! I turn into a total motor mouth when I drink coffee!
We made a brief stop at the grocery store then came home. Fumihiko is off taking a shower now, and I'm updating my journal. It's been a good day. Gotta go now. Night.
