Cold, but reasonably clear. A bit of light snow at night.
An okay day. It was hard getting up this morning as I was very comfy in bed. I finally did get up, checked my email and then slept again on the couch.
I left for work in plenty of time, but when I was across from the Shonai Bank I heard a "ker-plink ker-plink" coming from my bike. I got off and discovered that another spoke had broken. I tried to bend it a little out of the way, and walked to the crossing. It didn't work and the noise came back. I walked and rode to the school and then parked my bike.
Classes went well today. The shy girl that usually is very quiet was very genki today, and was singing and dancing! Amazing. So, things were good. I even vacuumed the school today and did a bit of cleaning up.
After work I texted Fumihiko and asked him to come and get me, but he was busy. I waited for a while, but then decided to leave anyway. I taped up the spoke so that it wouldn't get in the way, and got ready to ride home. Just then Fumihiko called me. He was finally finished. I said I'd meet him at home and rode home. It was uneventful but cold. I even stopped and put on my full gloves, instead of my fingerless ones.
When I got home I saw Fumihiko just going into the apartment. I think he must have just arrived. We discussed my silly ol' bike and he agreed to let me borrow his tomorrow if I ride. I discovered that he hadn't even locked his properly! The lock was sitting in his basket! Goof!
We went to Cocos for dinner and I had my usual beef juju-yaki. It was good. I also had chamomile tea too. I could really get into herb teas I think.
We came home, Fumihiko's off taking his bath now. I asked him to make some decaff coffee after he finishes. I'm looking forward to it.
And that was that. My day in a few paragraphs. It was cool. Night!
