Clear and cool in Osaka, SNOW in Tsuruoka!
Oh good heavens! Where to start? Well, we had a great time in Osaka. Universal Studios was fun, it was just really cold! The first night we went, we rode on the wet rides, and I damn near froze to death!
Today we didn't do too much as most of the time was spent travelling. When we arrived in Tokyo, they told us that the airplane might not be able to land in Shonai Airport. Oh, heavens. If it didn't land there, they'd send it back to Tokyo. That's all fine and dandy, but I was worried about my party tomorrow. However, we made it! Yay.
When we landed and left the airport we were both surprised at how much snow had fallen. When we left, there wasn't any and now there is too much! It might be here to stay, I'm not sure.
After we arrived we went to the hundred yen shop near the mall to get some prizes for the party, then we went to the mall. We had dinner, then did some shopping. We visited my school and I did a lot of prep for the party. I cleaned tables and Fumihiko gave me a hand hanging up the pinata. We have it hiding in a corner of the school, but in plain sight. Does that make any sense?
We hit the grocery store for Fumihiko's stuff for the party, then came home. I checked and deleted tons of email, then we had some snacks. I made my dish for the party tomorrow. It's not very original, just my usual nama ham roll-ups, but they look good.
So, wish me luck! Tomorrow is the party so I have to be at the school a bit early. Sigh.
And that was my day. It was good, just cold and tiring! Now, excuse me; I'm going to bed now. Night!
