October 17, 2001 - Wednesday
A very busy day.
I woke up a couple of times and finally got up just after 9. Then I put together
my small set of drawers and put away my undies. Yay, now I don't have to root around
for them in my suitcase.
I ate a quick breakfast of some yogurt and headed off for work around 10:35. It was
drizzling a bit so it wasn't terribly pleasant, but all in all it was okay.
I got to work, went to the bakery to see if they still sold Italian Sandwiches...they
do! and then headed back to the office. I punched in and read the paper, changed
and ate, but not necessarily in that order.
I had 7 lessons today. That's a pretty normal day for the teacher here. Oh my! Still
it was nice to see many familiar faces and I think they were happy to see me too.
I got done work around 10:30 and biked home. Everything was fine. It was much easier
biking home late than during rush hour last night. When I got home, my mother in
law had supper waiting for me so I ate and then took a shower. I'm going off to
bed now.
Long day, but good. Night!
