October 7, 2001 - Sunday
Note...this will be my last update for a while as I will be moving tomorrow. I'll
try to update next week.
Well, I spent the whole day packing. And waiting for some boxes to arrive. It was
annoying. I got up before 10 am so that I would be awake and ready when they got
here, but they didn't arrive. And they didn't arrive, and they didn't arrive. I
asked my manager to call and check on the boxes. They finally arrived at 3:30. Yikes.
Most of the day I've been putting things in boxes. Oh what fun! I stopped a couple
of times for snacks, lunch, and then to go out and have something to eat.
It's funny, I have so many boxes all around my apartment. It's a bit scary. There
are boxes everywhere. I feel sorry for the movers. I don't know how much this move
is going to cost. Poor me!
I took a break to watch Survivor and then later tonight to write this entry. I turned
on the TV and it looks like the US has attacked Afghanistan. Sigh. I don't know
what is going to happen. The world is going nuts.
I may not get to sleep tonight. I have a lot of things to do still. Maybe I can
get a few hours if I'm lucky. My nose is all plugged up from all the dust that I'm
stirring up. I should dust more I guess. Yep. I should.
