takes time to replenish
my supplies
still got lice, still got fleas
but, where oh where is my camel

takes time to alleviate the wretched
foul smelling
squirrels
but, where oh where is my camel

takes time to cross the river
but why would you want to
to get away from me, you say
did you take my camel

takes time to retire
takes time to expire
takes time to start a fire
believe me, i know

have you seen my camel

takes time to kick out a guest
takes time to figure which is east and which is west
now, which was was the camel pointed last i saw him
you took it, didn't you
