In a not so surprising turn of events,
3dfx (TFDX) has decided to close its doors due to financial reasons.
It has agreed to sell all its assets and patents to its main competitor
Nvidea in order to satisfy stockholders. 3dfx has been steadily losing
the race in the graphics market and Nvidea has been catching up. As
Fat Mike would say "Dinosaurs Will Die".
