The Flax

-Lots and lotsa John-and-Aeryn-bicker. I always consider that shippy.

-"Comfortable? Can I get you a pillow?" That was wonderful.

-Okay, so with no time left, Aeryn gives up on fixing the environmentals to save John. Yeah, she says it's because she doesn't want to die alone, but if it had been anyone else there, I seriously doubt she would have done it.

-"It's really cold in here." And Aeryn's face when John puts his arm around her. She got used to it pretty quick...

-And THE KISS!!! (Bounces, spazzes, hits head on ceiling and reconsiders her decision about not going for the padded walls, all due to supreme shipper joy) Um, hm. Okay, so it was a little more than a kiss. I think anything that constitutes undressing can be classified as "more than a kiss." And it would have gone farther if D'Argo hadn't interrupted.

-"What took you so long?" Did you catch that Look that Aeryn gives him?

-You can debate me on this if you want. When Staanz says that line about everyone needing a mate, John repeats, "Mate?" and looks back at Aeryn. Maybe he was checking her reaction, but either way, he looked.

-And that last scene. Them both trying to rationalize what happened (pure oxygen, ha!), and then that quiet voice as both of them are saying it'll never happen again.

-"One thing... Just to be absolutely certain, you are the female of your species, right?" For future reference!!! (I stole that from the tag line at the Farscape-shippers list, but it works here!)

-"I'll take that as a yes." And that smile... One question, what did she DO?!

-John leaves, and looks back at Aeryn, only to see her looking at him. She turns back right away, but then there's that smile...

I love this episode.
