Is it me or was there like a weird echo effect on John's voiceover at the beginning credits? Has it always been there or what?

Somehow I find it incredibly morbid that Zhaan told Rygel to find Durka's corpse. *Extremely* morbid.

And then when John and the little bitca are trying to get... whatever working, I love how the entire time he's just going, "Aeryn's gonna get here. Come on, Aeryn." I just love that.
Okay, and nice way to get around the censors! First when the Sheyang gets in, John mouths something, and it looks like a certain word the Sci-fi channel censors would probably not like. And then there's "listen, gashole." Ah, not since Evil Willow's last words have we had such creative ways of not-really-swearing...
One of my favorite scenes has got to be the one where Aeryn has that speech to Gilina about what will happen if she tells Crais everything. Or maybe that's just cuz I saw it and immediately got a fic idea. And I like that she didn't warm up to the little skank at the end. Like when Gilina takes her hand and Aeryn just gives that really please-don't-touch-me smile.

And then there's that last scene. Sigh. I love this show.
