-You really have to look for it. First off, that nod and little look when John hands Aeryn the flashlight to look for Rygel. (Told you you hafta look for it...)
-I think this whole part is pretty shippy, considering. While John is staring at the PK that he killed, he finally glances up at Aeryn, who glances back, and then he turns back to the PK. Then there's Chiana's little reassurance, then John looks back up at Aeryn, and again, that little glance.
-Continued from the last example. Aeryn and John are staring at each other when they're trying to figure out who gets the antibody next. Aeryn volunteers- John knows it's not her, or maybe is hoping it isn't. And then after he injects her with the antibody, she gives him that smug little smile and that, "Told you so."
-Another nit-pick: When Larraq has the knife to Aeryn, it's John that she calls out to, telling him to do whatever he had to do. Coulda called to D'Argo, but nope...
-John's reaction to Aeryn being stabbed. He freaked. And then Aeryn was pretty much thrown into his arms. ::whimper::
-John waited for Aeryn to wake up. And look at him when he says Zhaan didn't think Aeryn wasn't going to live. Mucho shippiness!
-"You're lucky. He missed your heart."
"Closer than you think."
I have turned this into a shippy thing! She was honest with him! She could have just kept whatever she felt for Larraq to herself, but she told him, and got it out there.
-John's cute little stammering when Aeryn asks him what he's doing there.
-"Thank you."
"Don't mention it."
"Why would I ever mention it?"
Okay, I don't know what this means, but it sounds shippery. And Aeryn's little smile at the end has to say something.
