Okay so technically this isn't a concert, but who really pays attention to the awards anyway?? Technically, we were only there to see NSYNC anyway...

So, our tickets said to be there at 3:30, so we got there around two... which was no small feat, considering we had been out all night stalking. HAHA. Oh yeah, and we'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to Wes for disturbing his beauty sleep, but we WERE telling the truth!

It was raining when we got there and we had to stand outside for an hour, before they started letting people in. My hair got all frizzy and it sucked. I did, however, see Darrin Henson, who was driving a phat-ass silver SUV. And he said hi to me. w00! Anyway, they finally let us in around 4:15, and we found our seats, which were actually pretty good. We were on the floor towards the back, but we still had a good view of the stage and the front (where the celebs would be sitting.)

I can't really remember all the performers, but since we are mainly concerned with NSYNC... lol.. They were the second performers, if I remember correctly. When the show started, we were all confused because they weren't in the audience. In fact, there were hardly any celebrities out there. Britney was the first one to come out... and can I just say that girl needs to get a better stylist?? Whoever dresses her is on crack. Silver pants on *THAT* booty= not a good idea. Thanks. Anyway, after the first performance, those scary-ass puppets came down. Bel and I started cracking up. We were like "Is that a Lance puppet?" and then we died laughing. It was comedy. When they announced the guys, the place went psycho! Every fan in there practically was an NSYNC fan. Everyone stood up and was screaming the whole time, I don't think I could even *hear* them singing. Their performance was really nice, energetic and stuff... but I just don't get the dancers in the background or those gloved hands on the screen. That was lame. Anyway, after it was over, when the guys were leaving the stage, Justin waved right in our direction. It was trippy.

Since I can't remember all the performers and don't really have anything to say about some of the ones I do remember, I just have to say that my two favorite performances were Dr. Dre and Eminem and Lenny Kravitz. They were the bomb!

During the show, after NSYNC *finally* came and sat down, we tried to watch the guys, but they sat in the front right corner, directly opposite of us. There was a big camera blocking the way half the time, which sucked. Anyway, watching Justin sing along with Dr. Dre was comedy. And Joey watching those Enrique dancers.. ::snickers:: Well, the guys left after their award ::cries:: but Lance and Joey came back at the very end to see Lenny. Lance really likes Lenny. He was the first person to stand up and clap for him. It was comedy. Lance is also a big schmoozer. On every commercial he was up talking to someone else. He met Olivia Newton John too. hehe. We didn't see Chris at all, like until they left. And the girlfriends were there too, but they made them sit off to the side together and walk behind them when they left. HAHA. That sucks!

In closing, the show itself was kind of interesting... It sucked that most of the good performers were towards the beginning, and now remember why I watch at home... so I can flip channels during all the boring parts...

Look, a sexy picture of us:
