Tracy Sketchit- a good artist, although very perverted and is more of a "woman-watcher" than a "pokemon-watcher". He replaces Brock after leaving with Professor Ivy and her assistants, and now Ash and Misty aren't alone (awe, I wish they were, though!). Tracy's only reason for following Ash and Misty is to meet Professor Oak, his idle.
Tracy loves to sketch, of course. As a pokemon watcher, he sketches attacks that pokemon make to study and learn more about different kinds of pokemon and how they behave, what they eat, and what their lifestyle is. Not much is seen about Tracy yet since he's at the point of still being learned about.
Tracy has no nickname, but his Japanese name is Kenji.
