Norman Fanning

Isaac's Harbour, Feb. 8, ??? -

There passed away at his home here Sunday evening,
Feb. 6, Norman Fanning, son of Isaac Fanning, aged 41 years.
His mother predeceased him seven years.
Mr. Fanning is survived by his aged father, who is 84,
his wife and two small children, Charles and James;
also three brothers and three sisters, Percy and George W.,
residing at home: Handlin in Stellarton;
Mrs. Arthur S. Giffin and Mrs. Norman MacMillan,
of this place, and Mrs. Ralph E. Handlin, of New Jersey.
Mr. Fanning who had been in failing health
for the past two years, sailed for many years on the Great Lakes
steamers as first mate as was well-liked.
Much sympathy is felt for the bereaved family.
