KAISER, Rodney Nelson - 59, Port Bickerton, Guysborough Co.,
died Thursday, May 21, 1998.
Born in Port Bickerton, he was a son of the late Hughie and Annie (Harpell) Kaiser.
He was a fisherman, and made his living from the sea, and was employed with Mersey Sea Foods for the past 16 years.
He was a member of Calvary Faith Church, Port Bickerton.
A great outdoor sportsman, he loved to hunt and fish.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.
Surviving are his wife, the former Nan Burns;
sons, Rodney (Shelly) Dartmouth;
Troy (Fern), Trent (Mamie), Port Bickerton;
daughters, Rhonda (Mrs. Bruce Jack) Port Bickerton;
Nancy Kaiser (Greg Drew) Dartmouth;
Carla, at home;
brothers, Gerald, Catalone;
Denton, Glace Bay;
Fred, Sackville;
Alfred, Lake Echo;
sisters, Charlotte (Mrs. Allister Rudolph) Port Bickerton;
Mabel (Mrs. Charles MacDonald) New Minas;
Berill (Mrs. Robert MacDonald) Indian Harbour Lake;
Joyce (Mrs. Chesley Feltmate) Goshen;
Mary (Mrs. Wendell kaiser) Porters Lake;
grandchildren, Dylan and Jacob, Huey, Jenny and Jessie, Brandon and Shannon, Adrian and Andrea.
He was predeceased by grandson, Nickolas Kaiser.
Funeral was in Calvary Faith Church, Port Bickerton,
Pastor Jeff Reason officiated, assisted by Pastor Wayne Bray.
Burial in Hillside Cemetery, Port Bickerton.
Memorial donations may be made to Calvary Faith Church, Sonora or Port Bickerton.
Arrangements entrusted to G.W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour.
