Ida Mae Cameron (nee Clyborne)
1910-1989

CAMERON, Ida Mae - 78, of Goshen,
died Monday in St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish.
Born in Isaac's Harbour,
she was a daughter of the late David and Ella (Fenton) Clyborne.
She was an active member of Kings United Church Loch Katrine,
a past member of the U.C.W.,
the Canadian Red Cross Society and
was active in many other community organizations.
She was employed as manager of the St. Andrews Co-op, Argyle Branch for 12- years.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by two daughters, Adrienne (Mrs. Robert Giffin) and
Catherine (Mrs. James Kennedy) both of Goshen;
one foster son, James Pye, Scarborough Ont.;
six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren,
several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Warren S. Cameron;
five sisters: Myrtle, Alma, Ethel, Edith, Lottie;
two brothers, Vincent and Herman.
The body is at the family residence in Goshen visiting hours 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. from Kings United Church Loch Katrine,
Rev. David Cleveland officiating.
Burial in the Goshen Cemetery.
Family flowers only.
Donations may be made to the Goshen Cemetery Fund.
