MRS. DOREEN ISABEL WHITE -- 38,
Canso, died Friday in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso.
Born in Canso, she was a daughter of the late Freeman and Doris (Fililatrault) Boyd.
She was an active member of Star of the Sea parish
and a leader of the Canso and Dover High School Youth Group.
She is survived by her husband, Mayor Raymond White,
a daughter, Stacy, at home; a son, Michael, at home;
two sisters, Ray (Mrs. Bernard MacDonald) and Judy (Mrs. Doug Lumsden),
both of Canso; two brothers, Claude, Truro;
James, Lunenburg. The body is in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso.
Funeral service will be held Sunday at 3 p.m.,
in Star of the Sea Church, Rev. James W. Oliver officiating.
Burial will be in parish cemetery.
