Freeman Wesley (Wes) Feltmate
1922 - 1990

died Friday in St. Martha's Regional Hospital.
Born in Eight Island Lake, Guysborough County,
he was a son of the late Nathaniel and Mary Jane (Jordan) Feltmate.
He was a veteran of the Second World War, serving with the North Nova Scotia Highlanders Regiment.
He was a retired pulp wood contractor.
He is survived by his wife, the former Ivy Cozens;
four sons, David Lochaber;
Roy, Stewiacke;
Lloyd, Tony, both of Goshen,
three daughters, Hazel (Mrs. Bill MacMillan) Lochaber,
Margaret (Mrs. Stephen Mahoney) Coldbrook, Kings County,
two sisters, Dorothy Murphy, Pelham, Ga.,
Alice (Mrs. Austin Stickland) Black Diamond, Alta.,
a foster brother, James Feltmate, Goshen;
20 grand children; three great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a daughter, Pauline Sutherland;
four sister, Florence Yuzdepski, Alma Chambers, Betty Huggan, Bertha Mason.
The body is in the family residence.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. today in Goshen Gospel Church, Pastor Walter Dueck officiating.
Burial in Sunset Cemetery, Argyle.
Donations to Goshen Gospel Church or Canadian Cancer Society.
