SILVER, Mildred Maude (Mickey) - 76,
1 Alderney Dr., Dartmouth, died February 21, 1993, at home.
Born in Little Tancook, Lunenburg County, she was
a daughter of the late Angus and Winnifred (LEVY) LANGILLE.
She was a former secretary/treasurer of Silver's Cleaning and Laundry,
Antigonish, and prior to retirement, she worked a number of years
in the Halifax area. She is survived by a daughter,
Glenda (Mrs. Russell AMIRAULT), Halifax; two sons, Eugene, Antigonish;
David, Dartmouth; five sisters, Dorothy (Mrs. Murray MASON),
Evelyn (Mrs. Gordon ISNOR), both of Halifax; Eileen (Mrs. Earl GARRETT),
London, Ont.; Beatrice DAVIS, Digby; Emmy (Mrs. Harry PEITZCHE),
Antigonish; two brothers, Borden, Dartmouth; Ernest, Isaac's Harbour;
six grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Percy.
The body is in G.W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour,
visiting 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Goldboro United Baptist Church,
Goldboro, Rev. Bob MATHER-DYER officiating. Spring burial will be
in Isaac's Harbour Cemetery.
Donations may be made to Goldboro United Baptist Church
or Isaac's Harbour United Baptist Church.
