ACCESS THE CHEAT MENU On the Setup screen, hold L, R and Z, and press all four C buttons simultaneously until the Cheat Option appears. Now access the menu, highlight one of the following cheats, then follow the code sequence shown to activate it. You can activate some, but not all of the other cheats by using the menu code: while holding L, R and Z, press all the C buttons repeatedly. AUTO ABORT Quickly press Up C four times. This turns off the function that automatically moves your car back to the track when your car stops. BRAKES Press the Z, L, R, Up-C, and Right-C Buttons 3 times. This allows you to turn off the brakes. BURNING WRECK Press the Z, L, R, Up-C, and Right-C Buttons 4 times. CAR COLLISIONS Press the Z, L, R, and all 4 C Buttons 6-7 times. All cars will pass through each other instead of colliding. CAR MINES Press the Z, L, R, and all 4 C Buttons 6-7 times. CONE MINES Press L, R, L, R, L, and R. This turns all traffic cones into spiked mines. DAMAGE Press L, R, then Down-C rapidly until the highlight appears. Your car will be immune from dents and scrapes. It will still blow up, however. DO THE DEW Press the Z, L, R, and all 4 C Buttons 6-7 times. All Keys become Mountain Dew Soda Cans. Items found retain all the same statistics. FOG COLOR Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. FRAME SCALE Hold the Z Button and Down C and press Up C, then hold the Z Button and Up C and press Down C. This makes your car appear flat or tall. GAME TIMER Hold the Z Button and Down C and press Up C. Then, hold the Z button and Up C and press Down C. This removes the game timer completely from the racing screen. GRAVITY Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. INSIDE-OUT CAR Press the Z, L, R, and all 4 C Buttons 7-8 times. INVINCIBLE Press the Z, L, R, and all 4 C Buttons 6-7 times. You will be impervious to damage unless you flip over. INVISIBLE CAR Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. Makes all cars invisible. INVISIBLE TRACK Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. Makes the track completely invisible. INVISIBLE TRACK Hold the L and R Buttons and press the Z Button four times. Makes the rats in the Subway huge and explosive. LEVITATION Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. MASS Hold the L and R Buttons and press Up C, Down C, Left C, Right C. Makes your car heavy. NEW YORK CABS Press R, L, Z, Up C, Down C, Up C. All your opponents will be cabs. RESURRECT IN PLACE Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. The car will recover in the same spot it crashes. STUNTS Hold down all four C Buttons, then press R, A, Z, and L. Allows players to gain points for stunts in any track. SUICIDE MODE Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. Makes your car or an opponent's car explode when it comes in contact with any other car. SUPER SPEED Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. Pumps your speed up close to 200 mph. SUPER TIRES Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. TIRE SCALING Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3-4 times. TRACK ORIENTATION Hold down the Z, L, and R Buttons, then press all four C Buttons 3 to 4 times.
