Because of movie like "Jaws", most people still believe the white shark to be a mindless man eater. Working for the Discovery Channel, professional director (Streep), shark expert (Neeson), consevationist (H. Macy) and underwater cinematographers (Jane and Keeslar) team up together to produce a documentary about Carcharodon Carcharias, hopefully to change negative public attitude towards the most feared creature. Anyway, the real terror comes when they are confronted with illegal shark hunters (Oldman, Glenn and Sutherland). Now, they have to fight those mindless shark hunters not only to protect the sharks, but also to save their own lives.
