Todd: Okay, sit still while I put the finishing touches on your face.

Starr: Okay, daddy, but when am I going to be finished?

Todd: In a few minutes.

Starr: Do you think that Tee will be surprised?

Todd: I would have to say yeah to that question?

Starr: Good, I want to surprise Tee.

Todd: Well you get finished getting ready and I am going to talk to Tee.

Starr: Alright, daddy.

Todd was just about to walk down the stairs when he saw Tea looking out the window. Todd wanted to rattle her cage a little so he went to his room and grabbed the ghost mask that he was going to wear to try and scare all the trick or treaters that came to his home. He slowly walked down the stairs careful to not make a sound while he was placing his mask on. He came up behind Tea and wrapped his arms around her and said, "You are mine and I will never let you go."

Tea: Well, Todd, I hope that you won't. Tea then turned around to face him and began laughing hysterically.

Todd: What are you laughing at?

Tea: Well, the nose on that mask is beginning to fall off and I don't know how you think that would scare me; I have lived with you too long.

Todd: Okay, so the mask was a bad idea, but is that a challenge about the scaring you part.

Tea: Yeah, sure, but I warn you I grew up with brothers in the pits of New York.

Todd: I know, but I will get you my dear.

Tea: Sure you will Todd, so is Starr ready to go and trick or treat?

Todd: Well, I think she had a few more steps to go and then she will be finished.

Tea: And you are sure that she still wants to be a mummy.

Todd: That is what she wanted, and when a child of mine wants something they get it.

Tea: Well, I am going to go buy some candy for the trick or treaters and no you are not going to try to scare the children when they come to the door.

Todd: Party pooper.

Tea: That is me alright.

Tea begins walking to her keys when Todd grabs her hand and pulls her back to him. Todd traces her face with his fingers, and then gently kisses her on the lips. Tea responds by kissing him back.

Todd: Don't be gone too long?

Tea: Okay, I will be back quick.

Tea left the penthouse and Todd began calculating a way to scare Tea. She had made it a bet and he was going to win. He just couldn't remember what frightened her the most and then he remembered. How could he forget-the bird. He would get her into a scary situation and place the Moose set up, but he would have to do this after Starr went to sleep so that he wouldn't scare her.

He figured that he would place dry macaroni on the floor for the sounds of bugs being killed, then he would peel some grapes to give the feeling of brains, and of course the lights would be off through the entire time. Then he would have Moose fly on Tea's shoulder and then in front of her and have a spotlight on him. That would work, so Todd went and started peeling grapes and trying to train Moose a little bit.

About that time, Starr came down the stairs and Todd couldn't believe how great she looked.

Starr: So is Tee going to realize?

Todd: Shorty, if she doesn't she is as blind as a bat.

Starr: Okay, I am ready to go, where is Tee?

Todd: She went to get some candy for tonight.

Starr: Okay, I will sit and wait.

Star very graciously takes a seat and crosses her legs. She can hardly wait until she surprises Tee. She knows how impressed Tee will be by this or at least she hopes. She heard a clanging at the door, so she figured it was Tee; she quickly went and hid in the laundry room.

Tea: Todd????

Todd quickly puts away the grapes and pulls out the ½ gallon of milk which he quickly began to drink. When Tea walks into the room, she gives him an if looks could kill look.

Tea: What is wrong with a glass?

Todd: I bought the milk if I want to drink it from the carton, I will.

Tea: Well, is Starr ready to go?

Todd: Okay, she is but you have to cover your eyes first?

Tea: Alright.

Todd: Come out Shorty. Open your eyes, Delgado.

Starr quickly comes out of the laundry room and graces Tea with her costume.

Starr: So what do you think?

Tea: I think that you are one of the cutest attorneys that I have seen in a while.

Starr: When I saw the power suit, I immediately thought of you and how great it would be to dress up like you.

Tea: Well I am flattered. Well, we better get to trick-or-treating before all the candy is gone.

Tea walks over to Todd and gives him a kiss.

Todd: What was that for?

Tea: It was because I love you and I love how you think about me. I am yours for as long as you will have me.

Todd: Well are you sure that you want to stay with me forever.

Tea: That is what I am counting on.

Tea and Starr were gone for about 2 hours which was enough time for Todd to create his plan to scare Tea. It wasn't that he wanted to scare Tea, but she had set up a challenge for him. He was ready for them to come home, so he sat down on the couch and was flipping channels on the TV as they came in the door.

Todd: So Shorty did you have a good time?

Starr: Yeah, and I got my whole bag full of candy.

Todd: Okay, but you can only have one piece of candy a day.

Starr: Oh daddy, come on.

Todd: Okay, you can have two pieces and you need to go get your pjs on while getting ready for bed.

Starr: Okay, daddy, I will go get ready for bed. Tea, would you please put my candy up so that Daddy doesn't eat it all?

Tea: Sure, sweetheart, it will be our secret place. Do you need any help getting ready for bed?

Starr: Yeah.

Tea and Starr went upstairs and began getting Starr ready for bed. Todd was beginning how he was going to scare Tea. He started by placing macaroni shells on the staircase, and turned on the ghost lights that he had gotten, and then placed the grapes in a container and put on his vampire suit with a couple of drips of fake blood. He hid behind the stairs so that he could scare Tea. He waited and she finally came down the stairs after about 45 minutes.

As Tea transcended down the stairs, she stepped on the macaroni and didn't flinch at all. She made it down the stairs and saw the ghosts and replied, " Ooh, how scary." She was about to turn towards the kitchen when she was grabbed around the waist.

Todd(in a vampire voice): My dear, I want to suck your blood.

Tea turned around and showed him her vampire suit that she was wearing: I want to suck your blood first.
