Hey. My name is Corey and I’m 16. My friends call me Cowey, Cor, Corey Borey, Cordelia, and Tay. I’m 5'11...or maybe 5'10. I’m not sure anymore. I live in California with my family. I have an older brother named Eric who lives in Montana. My sister Tracy lives with her boyfriend in Kentucky where she attends college. My other two sisters, Heather and Kelley, live in Florida and both go to college there. I live at home with my mom and dad. Oh yeah, and my little sister Erin. I have a dog, named Max and a cat, named Curly (Moe and Larry died). I’m planning on buying a goldfish, seeing as they cost 10 cents, and naming it Sushi. I’m a sophomore in high school. My high school is an average one. There is trash everywhere, tire marks in the front lawn, and graffiti everywhere else. Other than that, it’s nice. My teachers are cool and so are some of my classmates. Except for the immature freshman in my Spanish class who think they are the coolest shit. My favorite classes are English, History, Choir, and Marching Band. Yes, I am a band geek. But its fun. Ten times more work then an actual sport, like soccer or football. I mean, you have to memorize music, memorize agonizingly hard drill, and play. Not to mention giving up sleep and your weekends. I’d go out for sports if they weren’t taken so seriously and if they weren’t that competitive. The clubs are dull and boring. I can’t try out for the fall drama because of marching band, but I am this year. Its something about kids going insane, and that, I can play. Musicals are fun, but its all for the golden children. Senior priority too. I do good in school, I have all A’s. But I’m just waiting for it to be over so I can get out of this smoggy town and into fresh air! The colleges I was entertaining were: UCSD, UCSB, NYU, TU, and Pacific Christian College.
I go to church, its cool. I sing in the high school choir and that’s cool too because I love to sing. I can’t make it to youth nights because of marching band. Talk about no time. When I do have time, I’m normally sleeping. But I do a lot of other stuff too. Like, going to parties. Those I get a kick out of. I think I’m going to throw one sometime this year. I play my guitar and fiddle with my sisters keyboard. I like to read. Mostly anything from a novel to the backs of cereal boxes. I like to write stories too. Those are a fun way to act out your dreams and other weird concoctions you think of. I sing to anything, as long as it is not rap. Except for ‘Rapper’s Delight’, but that is only when I am over at Breanna’s house playing ‘Wedding Singer’ kareoke. But seriously, I sing to the radio and for fun, but also for competitions. I love to act. Whether it is on stage or like an idiot, I love it. Making people laugh is another hobby of mine and if you want to know someone who laughs at anything, its my dear bud Tashina. I like to snowboard, but I only have done it once because I haven’t gone to the snow in forever! I collect the weirdest things and have them all over my room. I collect movie stubs, milk ads, and anything with butterflies or angels. I drive a truck. It’s a 72' Ford Sport Custom 100. It’s okay but I want a different car. The truck stalls to much...like in the middle of the highway. My dream cars are a Jetta, Mustang, 69-73 Bronco w/roll bar and bikini top, or a really big truck. A new one though. I like to body surf and play in the ocean, its fun. I love to meet new people and make new friends. Annoying my sister is fun, because she is just fun to annoy. I talk a lot! Ask anyone. Like Katie, when we went on our 5 hour(in total)bus ride to Joan’s Gulch. I talk really fast to, and I’m loud. I like to play sports, just not on teams. Like swimming, football, baseball, tennis, hockey, basketball, and soccer.
I love music. My tastes range a lot. I like country , Christian rock, and rock. Just no rap! PLEASE! My favorite bands and/or singers are: Orgy, Silverchair, Limp Bizkit, Blink 182, Goo Goo Dolls, Everclear, LIT, Smash Mouth, Korn, Creed, Dixie Chicks, Johnny Lang, Tim McGraw, Lila McCann, dcTalk, Newsboys, Jewel, and Tori Amos. Most of any of their songs I like. I can’t stand boy bands. (I.e. Backstreet Boys, Five, Hanson, Nsync, LFO, and others). My sister loves them though. Ick. I don’t like Britney Spears. She is not a slut, just manufactured and fake. But her one song “Drive Me Crazy” is funnier than hell and I love it. I like the movies. My favorites are: Simon Birch, Patch Adams, Prince of Egypt, Mulan(kick ass), Anastasia, Ever After, Mighty Python and the Holy Grail, Merlin, Star Wars, Empire Records, Come September, West Side Story (my clarinet is cold), Austin Powers 1&2,King and I, Fallen, Hurricane Street, Romeo and Juliet, Shakespear in Love, Tewelf Night, Princess Bride, and Much Ado About Nothing.
I can crush easily and whether or not I find something inside the out, is whether or not it stays. The two guys I ever really liked/like are Steven and “Moses”. I like to flirt with guys, especially if I know I will never see them again. I love guys, they are so hot. :o) Now that you know way to much about me, I’m going to go.
