Dear Jeff,
Several years ago on your show you made a dish called
eggplant meatballs and you served it over spagetti. I
have not been able to find this recipe and wondered if
there was anyway that you could send it to me. You
mixed the eggplant into the meat and made the
meatballs and baked them in the oven with lots of
cheese on them.
