1998 Toyota Sienna van. 3.0 V6, 200HP. The CR-V was too small for three car seats across, so now they all have their own seat. I took the extra seat out so there's actually a nice little spot to change diapers, etc. Once I got over my vanity and bought this, I realized how stupid I looked trying to stuff kids and all of their things into a tiny little car. Also, Volvo owners get irate when a van blows their doors off.
Cheap thrills Miata
Picked up this '92 Miata for $1400, couldn't resist. It had 200K and was pretty loose. I cleaned it up and drove it everywhere, it was really fun. Night time beach cruises were great, I must have taken it 3-4 times a week along highway 1. I wish I still had it, but needed to make escrow happen. This photo was taken above Pacifica, south of S.F.
'85 Quattro
Found this non-running 1985 Audi 4000s Quattro up in Magalia for $300, trailered it home. It's now running, but needs a clutch. The car is cherry for its age. NEXT
