GSWA COLLISION COURSE WEEK OF JULY 17, 1999Things have been heating up lately in the GSWA... with Parental Advisory '99, the GSWA's FIRST EVER 2nd Annual event, ending, things have been up in the air... questions are being asked, souls are being tested, and talent is being dropped ! As you heard by now, Clint Douglas won the Heavyweight Title for a second time, and he's already pissed a lot of people off . Red Scorpion, leader of the Establishment for one, Wicked, Stockton City Champion, Super Dave, & others from the group are not only targeting Commissioner Dave Touchstone (Al Katraz), but Clint as well . As of last week, Peat Savage and Red Scorpion unleashed their secret plot and team . "Vice President" Peat Savage has taken a step up, from Dave's shadow, to live up to his title "Vice President" . He's apparently been in discussion with Mike Martinez for several months, as it seemed Mike and Triple X had began a revolution a few weeks before PA '99 . Suddenly, Scorpion reveals he is more HEEL than we thought he was, when he disbanded his group "The Heels" ON PURPOSE, by losing to Super Dave (in which a stipulation was if Mike had lost, he'd have to team with Dave permantly again, and disband the Heels) . Peat then unvealed part of his plan was to manage Wicked to winning the Stockton City Title over Harry Paratestis, and add him to the group . Red Scorpion, Peat Savage, Wicked, Super Dave, "Always Arrogant" CJ Frank, "Kamikaze" Kriz Kruze, "The Dragon" Milo Marquez, and The "Evolution" (Chad Laws) make up this group, Scorp revealed to be known as the Establishment . With this, Dave Touchstone seems to be left with no other option but to get re-involved in the sport, by constructing a team of bandants to take out the Establishment . On Collision Course this week... the Establishment, in their first interview as a group, challenge Commissioner Touchstone's power, when "Vice President" Peat Savage ordered Clint Douglas to defend the title against his new friend Triple X OR face suspension and be stripped of the title . He also ordered anybody in the back that is not a member of the Establishment, to face TV Champion Kriz Kruze in a lumberjack match with ONLY Establishment members as lumberjacks !!! Dave was furious... Peat and the guys left with smiles on their faces, as we geared up for the first match, a Television Title Establishment ONLY Lumberjack Match . "Kamikaze's" opponent was John Lowrey, a newcomer from Lodi, California who stands 6'3", and weighs 265 lbs . . As the group came out IN FULL, Commissioner Touchstone, using what power he has, ordered all Establishment members to the back, stating this will NOT be a lumberjack match, and the Establishment is NOT allowed at ringside OR "Kamikaze" is stripped of the title via d.q., and John would win his first title in his first match ! Kruze was a furious, he didn't wanna lose to a "Nu-Jack", a ROOKIE ! He asked his boss and leader to take the guys back, as they argued with the Commissioner, they realized one less title would made them look silly, so they abliged . Lowrey took it to the champion, and put on a good showing for a newcomer, but it was the "Long Ride Home" via Triple K that kept Lowrey in dreamland, as the champ remained . Afterwards, the Establishment ran BACK to ringside, to throw it in the Commish's face that they were only barred DURING the match, and ALL attacked the newcomer . They sent out a message to not only Dave, but the entire locker room who, as they say, aren't "down" for the group of the "Millenium" . During the next match, GSWA's committee were forced to book a title match between two friends, as Triple X would challenge Clint Douglas to his rematch . Commissioner Touchstone ordered no one to be at ringside during this match to ensure a clean, cut winner . However, the match turned about to be a fraud constructed by Josh Stolz, a.k.a. Triple X . He went behind the committee AND GSWA's back to create a "new angle" only he could enjoy . Since the match's original rules stated that if Triple X declined to wrestle a "legit" match with World Heavyweight Champion, Clint Douglas, he would be suspended from the GSWA . Clint, who on the other hand, wanted to defend his title nonetheless, was granted a mere fine for going along with this crazy idea . Peat says he will allow Clint to remain in the GSWA AS Champion only to ensure his man, WICKED the title at Survive & Conquer II, August 28th, 1999 . In the replacement Main Event match, 1/2 of the World Tag Team Champions, Super Dave defeated "The Best" Don Dawson . Early in the match, Dawson challenge Super Dave to bring his partner in the ring, and with his, in his corner, they'd challenge for the World Titles . Mike "cowarded" out, by claiming he had a legit knee injury, in which seems to have been bugging the poor guy since the debut of the SWF in March of '98 !!!! LoL ! Noticing Mike had no balls, Dawson preceeded to whip on Super Dave . But even with "The Greatest" Baby Ray in his corner, he couldn't beat the Former Heavyweight Champion . Afterwards, Mike shook of his "legit" injury, and challenged the two men two a tag title match in two weeks, providing his knee is better . We hope to have that match for you in 2 weeks, on Collision Course . In such fashion it seems that things in the GSWA are really heating up lately !
