Seymour Duncan Jason Becker Perpetual Burn HB + Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates SH-PG1 =

Each of these Hybrids turned out equally cool. The first Seymour Duncan Hybrid (all black) retained the Pearly Gates baseplate, Alnico 2 magnet, and the screw coil, but added the Perpetual Burn slug coil. If one simply considers this a mod to the original Pearly Gates pickup, then the DCR went up from 8.11K to a hotter 10.56K.

The other Hybrid is a killer-looking, aged zebra humbucker and weighs in at 10.40K DCR - also in between the Pearly Gates original 8.11K and the 12.16K of the Perpetual Burn.

The name I gave to this Hybrid Set - Perpetual Grange - is hopefully an obvious play off the original Seymour Duncan Jason Becker Perpetual Burn pickup name (taken from Becker's 1988 album title), and "La Grange" - a 1973 ZZ Top song - as the Pearly Gates humbucker is essentially the Billy Gibbons signature model.
