---notes: bought this little beast during the Van Halen Steinberger heyday; saw it in a magazine and although Guitar Center didn't carry Hohner guitars (we sold their harmonicas, though!), ordered it through the Hohner rep at cost plus a percentage; swapped out the stock Select pickups for a set of active Jackson humbuckers; and then traded it away for recording equipment; and then 10 years later I bought another one (Hohner G3T)
