Filipino REGISTERED NURSES
Information how to petition RNs thru Green Card

U.S. Employers may petition Foreign-trained Registered Nurses who are overseas, and have passed the test given by the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) which is the sole education body that is authorized by the US government to screen foreign nurses before they are allowed to travel to this country.
The CGFNS certificate, visascreen certification, English tests and other records, are sufficient documentation for a foreign nurse to be classified as "Schedule A" E32 immigrant professional for permanent work and stay, according to Sec. 203(b)(3) (A)(ii).  REGISTERED NURSES from the Philippines are interested to work for you on a permanent visa. The foreign RNs are eligible to take the State Board of Nursing examination. The CGFNS test is tantamount to the State Board exams so the chances of foreign RNs to pass the NCLEX are relatively high. (In the event that the RNs fail the NCLEX, s/he is allowed to retake the examination with no limit.)    All these overseas RNs hold a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree, speak good English (passed U.S. government's required English proficiency exam - Test on English as a Foreign Language (toefl),  Test on Written English (twe) and Test on Spoken English (tse), and have at least 2 years nursing work experience at hospitals or private homes in their home country, Asia or Middle East countries
They are excellent staff for all elderly healthcare programs.  To petition a foreign nurse requires a processing time of 6 to 10 months.   It is advisable to petition now as the Philippines' employment-based 3rd preference visa for professionals is   "current" at the present time. The RNs will sign a 3-year work contract. Generally, overseas RNs stay with employers for a much longer period of time.     There is no need for employers to obtain a "labor condition application" or the so-called "labor attestation" from the U.S. Department of Labor, as in H-1B visa petitions.  They need assistance to locate their place to stay near their place of work, but they will pay the rent.    They arrive with their permanent work and stay visas which will allow you to hire them indefinitely.       A corporate office may file the petitions for RNs who will be assigned to work at any of its nursing homes located anywhere in the United States. (National organization chart and financial statements may be required by INS.)
You may interview by overseas telephone, or select and hire the RNs at our offices abroad, or from our files. After choosing your future RN employees, we will prepare all documentation required by INS. All you and your representative need to do is to  sign the petition papers. We will assist the RNs from their home country to obtain their visas at the
U.S. Embassy, and let them travel directly to their work places.
You will be notified of every RN's arrival date, airport and flight schedule. We will arrange the hotel rooms of those who may need to stay overnight. We will be responsible for relocation or return transport of RNs found undesirable. The professional worker shall have the rights and privileges as a citizen of this country. They may be fired for just cause or dismissed for insubordination. They are also eligible for promotions. U.S. Employers must intend to hire the foreign professional as a Registered Nurse only.    The petitions, therefore, must supported by statements of specific work place assignment, time/shift of work, duties and other job details of a Registered Nurse. The salary offer must be within 5% bracket of the prevailing wage rate in the area of employment.
