4/19/03 - Working on some new songs, "I feel like a stoner" from the vaults back in 1987, and "Crazy House" from circa 1990. I'll be putting some lyrics up for all you Bassguitargod-MANIACS
4/19/03 - 15 MINUTE DEMO BEING CIRCULATED NOW - I am now circulating a 15 minute demo to various folks on the internet for the purpose of generating some reviews. The track listing is 777 - Entertainment Overdrive - Enjoy Her Life - Sue Lyon (w/ film snippet coda from 1962 film) - Entertainment overdrive (Thunder Bass Mix) - What can be said about this initial offering? This is the soundtrack of your fucking life, that's what.
2/22/04 - After a period of rest I've began recording again, I've got 3 new songs in the can, one of them, if you can believe it, is a RAP song I basically recorded as a joke for an old friend of mine, but it turned out to be the most difficult song I've ever done, and I STILL need to redo it, as it doesn't sound right. I posted the lyrics to the three songs in the lyrics page, so check them out. I have a couple more songs banging around in my head, one of them will be called SCREAM THEATRE, I've got the chorus and all the music DONE (In my head), just need to jot the lyrics down and record it. Let's see, what else... I bought a GENE SIMMONS PUNISHER bass.. I've been playing guitar on most of the new songs.. I might go back and redo the old songs... the album is shaping up nicely and hopefully will be done this year, I want to have at least 10 songs on it. I've discovered that once you learn one instrument you can pretty much play all instruments, there are only 7 notes in the musical alphabet, so easy.. in case of electric guitar, it's very simple because the notes are in the same place and I can use the same scale I use with the bass to play the notes... On the keyboard, I put pieces of tape and label the notes on the keys, so anything I play on bass I can certainly play on keyboard no sweat.. That's it as far as news goes, for a more personal look into my life, take a look at the diary. Thanks.
8/31/05 - Update - Sorry it's taken so long for an update, I made a major move in late 2004, and have been busy as a real estate investor. The "online diary" has been replaced with a new section titled "Tales from the space" which is a collection of stories from my life... "period pieces", if you will. I recently recorded a new song, "Scream Theatre". Also, there is an "easter egg" on my website. Clues will be given, or perhaps a clue already has and is not too far away...
