My daughter Sarah and my two nieces make up my immediate family....and we are all we have.....which makes it even more important for me to have a good base of friends. I think of these friends as my "family" also.
These pages of my girls and friends are made with love. They are my gift to each of them. I have chosen graphics or symbols which reflect the things they enjoy or which symbolize how I see them.
For those of you who know how long it takes to sit down on the computer and create each item...as time allows, I will be adding new pages and updating the current ones.
On March 19, 2000, we added my two nieces to our home.....although we all have our challenges, it has been one of the most enlightening experiences of my life so far. I take raising today's teenagers seriously, and feel this is one of the most overlooked, basic practices where human kind would benefit if they took more time to nurture today's young people.....I mean isn't it the smartest investment anyone could make in their own future??? Someday, these young people will help care for me and you....think about that.....
