I have experienced many exciting and very "different" things in my life so far.....
One of my passions when I was 18 was building, and especially racing hot rods. I had a lot of different cars, but my favorites were my '68 GTO, and the best of all was my red '66 442. They were the "winners" at many "back street" drag strips.

At a very young age, I found myself blessed with the gift of writing lyrics and singing. I had always wanted to pursue them. One year I got one of the best Christmas gifts I have ever received. It came from my friend Debi. She presented me with an ad she had placed in BAMM Magazine, which was advertising "myself" looking to join a band. In 1985, at the age of 27, I took on a major challenge in my life...and accepted an offer (after one audition) to join an original band named TRYST. We did very well...opening up for "upcoming" bands (back then) such as Megadeth, Metallica and Great White...We also headlined a few times and packed what was known as the "Keystone" (now The Edge)in Palo Alto.

After experiencing, and living "life in the fast lane"...I decided I wanted more...I gave up my chance for fame and fortune to become a wife and mother....Now I know some of you might think that I was crazy for doing this, but I truly feel that I did it for a reason. I don't think I would have become the person I am today without humbling myself into the challenging role of being a parent.
