- 1 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (has to be fresh)
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp prepared mustard (use hot if you like)
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
