Tofu Pumpkin Pie
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Blend tofu in blender or food processor until smooth.
  3. Add all other ingredients, blend till smooth.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake approximately 1 hour or until firm (will be slightly moist but not wet).
  6. Chill in refrigerator.
