- 1 1/2 pkg firm tofu
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Blend tofu in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Add all other ingredients, blend till smooth.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake approximately 1 hour or until firm (will be slightly moist but not wet).
- Chill in refrigerator.
