Spinach Salad with Maple Dressing

Maple Dressing:

  1. Maple dressing: Combine all of the dressing ingredients and blend until smooth. Store covered in refrigerator. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
  2. Trim, wash and dry spinach and tear into bite sized pieces. Place in a salad bowl and set aside.
  3. Just before serving, pour desired amount of dressing over spinach and toss well to coat.
  4. Add bacon, apple and cheeses, toss lightly.
