Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce
This recipe almost fills a large Crock Pot Slow Cooker. Medium spiciness. Adjust spices up or down as desired.
  1. Brown the ground beef in a fry pan with a sprinkling of cracked pepper (1-2 tablespoons), salt and chili peppers (1-2 teaspoons).
  2. Chop celery, and red and green peppers, onions and garlic. Slice mushrooms.
  3. Dump everything into the Crock Pot, mix well, and add more ground pepper, salt, chili peppers and chili powder to taste.
  4. Slow-cook for one hour on High, then reduce cooker to Low and cook for 5-6 more hours.

Can divide into portions and freeze.
