Snowballs
  1. Cream butter and confectioner's sugar till fluffy in medium-size bowl.
  2. Stir in flour gradually, then pecans & vanilla, until well-blended.
  3. Chill 30 minutes.
  4. Roll dough into marble-size balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake 20 minutes at 325°.
  6. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet, then roll in additional confectioner's sugar. Cool completely before storing.

Makes about 3 dozen.
