- 1 pkg of 8 crescent dinner rolls
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, precooked kind, crumbled
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 4 green onions, snipped
- dash or three of cayenne
- Put crescent rolls on floured board. Dampen and pinch seams together to form rectangles.
- Mix rest of ingredients together in a bowl.
- Spread onto dough, out to edges.
- Roll up, jelly-roll style, starting at long side.
- Slice with sharp knife, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Put on lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375° for 12 minutes exactly.
