Karen's Cheesy Salsa Chicken
  1. Spray your frying pan with no-stick spray.
  2. Lightly brown chicken breasts.
  3. Spoon salsa over each breast, enough to cover.
  4. Cover pan, turn your heat to medium or medium-low, and let breasts cook until done, usually around 20 minutes. (Make sure the chicken is cooked before continuing.)
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over each chicken breast, enough to cover.
  6. Cover pan and let cheese melt.

Serve with spanish rice!
