- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cleaned and dried
- Favorite Salsa
- Shredded Cheese (your choice)
- Spray your frying pan with no-stick spray.
- Lightly brown chicken breasts.
- Spoon salsa over each breast, enough to cover.
- Cover pan, turn your heat to medium or medium-low, and let breasts cook until done, usually around 20 minutes. (Make sure the chicken is cooked before continuing.)
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over each chicken breast, enough to cover.
- Cover pan and let cheese melt.
Serve with spanish rice!
