- 1 large tin salmon
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- paprika, nutmeg and salt to taste
- Mix together and put into greased pan.
- Bake 25 minutes at 325°.
It is the nutmeg and paprika that give this recipe the great taste. I don't use any salt, and use about 1/4 tsp of the two spices.
