Coconut Rum Balls
  1. Combine crumbs, coconut and pecans in bowl.
  2. Stir in condensed milk and rum, mixing well.
  3. Shape into 1" balls and roll in confectioner's sugar.
  4. Store, covered, in refrigerator.
  5. Just before serving, re-roll in confectioner's sugar.

Makes 6 dozen balls.

Note: For best results and more rum flavor, make at least 24 hours before serving. Will keep well in refrigerator for several weeks.
