- 1 pkg yellow rice
- 2 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 1 small can peas & carrots, drained
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- Add green onions to rice and cook according to rice package directions.
- When done, fluff with a fork and add the veggies. Add butter to taste. (The yellow rice is usually salty enough, so don't add salt. But you may add a dash of pepper if desired.)
