Rice-Chop Bake
  1. Put rice in baking dish and add seasonings.
  2. Brown porkchops in a skillet.
  3. Put chops on top of rice. Put slices of tomato, onion and bell pepper in that order on top of chops, and pour undiluted can of consommé over all.
  4. Bake 350° for 45 minutes, covered.
  5. Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes.

Note: Can leave off last three ingredients, and it's still good!
