- 1 graham cracker crust
Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Beat all together and pour over crust.
- Bake in 350° oven for 15-18 minutes until set.
- Let cool.
Topping:
- 1 large box frozen raspberries with juice
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- Heat raspberries and add sugar.
- Thicken with cornstarch.
- Cool. Put mixture over filling.
- Put Cool Whip over all. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before cutting.
