- 8 boneless chicken breasts halves
- 1/2 cup of melted margerine
- 3/4 cup of crushed cornflake crumbs
- 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1 envelope of ranch dressing mix.
- Mix together cornflake crumbs, cheese and ranch dressing mix.
- Dip chicken breasts in melted margarine and roll in dry mixture.
- Place in a greased 2x9x13" pan.
- Bake at 350° from 45 minutes to one hour.
