- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonaisse
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp coursely ground pepper
- 5 cups diced cooked pared potatoes
- Stir together first 5 ingredients.
- Pour over potatoes: toss to mix thoroughly.
- Chill several hours. 6 servings.
